On October 29, 2010, PetroChina Kunlun NetUnion Power Technology Co., Ltd. was established. In April 2024, Potevio New Energy Co., Ltd. underwent industrial and commercial changes, China Potevio Information Industry Group Co., Ltd. and CNOOC Investment Holding Co., Ltd. withdrew from the ranks of shareholders, and PetroChina was added as a wholly-owned shareholder.
