In February 2014, a landmark event occurred in China's venture capital industry, Jiangsu High-tech Investment Group, a well-known state-owned investment institution, realized the internal mixed ownership reform at the GP level, and the group and its core management team jointly established Yida Capital to fully undertake the group's equity investment business and various innovative businesses.
