Bosera is headquartered in Shenzhen, with branches in Beijing, Shanghai and other places, and has two wholly-owned subsidiaries, Bosera Fund (International) Co., Ltd. and Bosera Capital Management Co., Ltd. Bosera Fund Company's business scope includes fund raising, fund sales, asset management and other businesses licensed by the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
