Beijing China Tax Agent Co., Ltd., founded in 1997, formerly known as China Tax Agency Co., Ltd., is one of the earliest tax agent firms in China, which was originally under the State Administration of Taxation and restructured into an independent tax service organization funded and operated by registered tax agents

Beijing China Tax Agent Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "China Tax Tax"), established in October 2010, its predecessor is China Tax Agency Co., Ltd., is a national large-scale comprehensive tax service entity established by the China Taxation Society of the State Administration of Taxation in 1997, is one of the earliest institutions in China to provide tax intermediary services, and in 2000 decoupled and restructured into an independent tax service agency funded and operated by registered tax agents, up to now has 17 years of professional tax service experience.

In 1998, China Tax and Taxation undertook the pre-examination training, proposition and marking of the first batch of certified tax agent examinations in China. Participated in the drafting and formulation of enterprise income tax assurance standards, working paper templates and basic standards for tax-related assurance business of the State Administration of Taxation, as well as the drafting and formulation of relevant documents of the China Certified Tax Agents Association. It has taken the lead in establishing and improving the operating procedures, working papers and quality assurance and risk control systems for tax services.
