Fitness Concept Ltd is a commercial brand invested and engaged in the development of the recreation and sports industry. Qikang has more than 20 years of experience in the recreation and leisure equipment business. In 2000, Qikang registered and established "Shanghai Magfi Fitness Center Co., Ltd." in Shanghai, China under the name of Mega Fitness (Shanghai) Ltd, and registered the trademark with the approval of the State Trademark Administration, engaged in the investment, operation and management of large-scale membership-based fitness clubs and recreation clubs.
Shanghai Jinqiao Magfi Sports Club is located in Shanghai Pudong Jinqiao Biyun Community, construction area of 12,000 square meters, officially opened in July 2003, currently has all kinds of members of 5,000 people, more than half of the members from more than 30 countries and regions outside China. In 2007, the club was rated as a 5-star sports service fitness venue by the Beijing Huaan United Certification Center authorized by the General Administration of Sports of the People's Republic of China and the Certification and Accreditation Supervision Committee of China.
The club provides fitness, swimming, basketball, tennis, squash, badminton, SPA and other sports and leisure services, and is currently one of the largest commercial comprehensive sports and fitness venues in the country.

The MGFI Journey
In April 2000, Shanghai Magfi Fitness Center Co., Ltd. was established to operate the first commercial fitness club in China located at No. 398 Huaihai Middle Road, Shanghai, covering an area of 4,400 square meters, with a variety of advanced sports and fitness facilities, such as spinning bike room, boxing ring, etc.
In April 2002, Shenzhen Jianyi Management Co., Ltd. was established and operated the Shengsha Xun Fitness Spa Club located in the Venice Hotel in Shenzhen, as a high-end leisure and fitness place for senior white-collar workers and Hong Kong tourists.
In 2003 and 2004, two Mgfi fitness centers were opened in Xi'an. A high-tech store covers an area of 2,700 square meters, and a bell tower store covers an area of 5,000 square meters.
In May 2004, in cooperation with the government of Shanghai Jinqiao Export Processing District, it invested in the operation of the first membership-based sports club - Shanghai Jinqiao Megafield Sports Club (No. 600 Lantian Road, Pudong). The clubhouse covers a total area of 12,000 square meters, and its fitness facilities include: a heated indoor swimming pool (1), basketball courts (2), badminton courts (8), international standard squash courts (5), tennis courts (4), fitness, SPA, children's entertainment hall, catering, coffee bar, commissary and multi-functional conference hall and other ancillary facilities.
In April 2005, it invested and operated Shanghai Xuhui Natural Residence Fitness Club (No. 208 Baise Road), covering an area of 3,700 square meters, including indoor swimming pool, tennis court, fitness, coffee bar, etc.
In August 2005, the original Huaihai Road Club was expanded and moved to B3 Floor, Hong Kong New World Building, No. 300 Huaihai Middle Road, Luwan District (located on Huaihai Road, a key business district in Shanghai), covering an area of 5,000 square meters, and adding a yoga club.
In April 2006, Chengdu Magfi Fitness Center, located on Chunxi Road in the center of Chengdu, was officially opened, with an investment of more than 40 million yuan and an area of 4,500 square meters, becoming the first large-scale fitness club in Sichuan Province.
In October 2006, it cooperated with Shanghai Chengtou Real Estate Management Co., Ltd. to invest and operate the new Jiangwan Club located in the Jiangwan City Sports Center Building, No. 2100 Songhu Road, Shanghai. The club is a comprehensive membership-based club with the theme of sports and leisure and parent-child, with a construction area of 4,500 square meters, and the facilities in the venue include an indoor heated swimming pool, an outdoor sunshine leisure area, a dynamic fitness center, a children's activity area, a healthy dance room, a yoga room, a squash court, a healthy water bar, a comfortable sauna, and other leisure and entertainment facilities.
In August 2007, it signed a cooperation agreement with Shanghai Haochuan Real Estate Co., Ltd. to invest in and operate Shanghai Xiangyi Huacheng Fitness Club located in Putuo District, Shanghai. The clubhouse features include yoga, indoor swimming pool, children's play area, fitness area, aerobics room, spinning, fitness test and assessment, spa and beauty treatment, etc. The club has a construction area of 5,000 square meters and is expected to open in 2008.
In September 2007, it cooperated with Shanghai Intertek Overseas Chinese Town Investment Co., Ltd. to invest and operate a fitness and leisure club located in Zhongyi Cultural Square, Xinpujiang Town. The club has a construction area of 4,150 square meters, with fitness, swimming, spa, health dance room, Chinese and Western food and children's entertainment area.
In December 2007, it cooperated with Shanghai Xinjian Bridge Group to invest and operate a health club located in the affinity source membership community for the elderly in Shanghai Kangqiao Development Zone. The 7,000-square-metre health club is equipped with facilities for fitness testing and assessment, fitness, rehabilitation, spa and swimming.
In April 2008, it cooperated with Shanghai Greenland Group Wuxi Real Estate Co., Ltd. to invest and operate the Huishan Club located in the "Greenland Boston Mansion" project of Huishan Avenue, Huishan District, Wuxi City, with a total area of about 3,200 square meters.
In June 2009, it cooperated with Hangzhou Dongguan Group to invest and operate a fitness club located in Xinyue Road, Hangzhou High-tech (Binjiang) District, with a total area of about 4,230 square meters.
