In 1993, as one of the early foreign direct selling companies to invest in China, Sunhope invested US$10 million to establish Tianjin Sunhope Health Care Products Co., Ltd., and invested 100 million yuan to build the magnificent and well-equipped Sunhope Intelligent Technology and Trade Building, laying the foundation of Sunhope in China. In 2005, it invested 5 million US dollars to build a R&D and production center with a total area of 9,000 square meters, integrating production and R&D, GMP production base, operation management, marketing, education and training, and logistics center, which became Sunhope's strategic decision-making center in China.
In 2014, Sunhope moved to a new location, and Sunhope New Building was officially opened as a communication center for brand managers to study their business level and expand their market space. In 2015, adjacent to the original production and R&D center, Sunhope once again purchased 50 acres of land to build a health and beauty R&D camp integrating production plants, comprehensive scientific research and supporting facilities, with a total construction area of 38,800 square meters and a total investment of 250 million yuan, which became another new milestone in Sunhope's development history.

This time, Sunhope invested 5 billion yuan to select the site of the Xiqing Economic and Technological Development Zone to build the headquarters project of Saida Health Industrial Park, covering a total area of 408 acres, and the project is expected to achieve an annual sales revenue of more than 20 billion yuan after the project is put into operation.
