It is reported that in this joint venture, Tomson Beijian plans to inject 80 million to 120 million yuan, with a shareholding ratio of 60%; NBTY will inject the business of the existing Natures Bounty and Met-RX brands in the Chinese market, as well as the cross-border e-commerce business, into the joint venture, with a 40% stake. Tang Hui, the chairman of Tomson Beijian Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., will serve as the chairman of the joint venture, the CEO and the main management team will be dispatched by Tomson Beijian, and NBTY will send the CFO and part of the team.
