In 1932, an aviation parts manufacturer was born in New York, USA, and his first product was an aircraft tail wheel. This means that aircraft will no longer have to rely on tail skies (mainly composed of friction shoes, fragile canisters, safety pins, connecting rods and warning signs, which can absorb some of the energy when the tail of the aircraft is wiped to prevent damage to the aircraft fuselage structure) for braking, making it a thing of the past. This was the predecessor of Scott Safety.
