Chongqing Fuqiao Health Care Service Co., Ltd. was founded in July 1998 and established in March 2000, and the company is headquartered in Block A, Wuhuan Building, Dagongguan, Jiulongpo District, Chongqing. According to the needs of enterprise development, it has successively established a management company--- Chongqing Wuhuan Fuqiao Health Care Co., Ltd., and the holding company --- Fuqiao (Chongqing) Holding Co., Ltd., with Hu Zhirong as the legal representative and chairman. The company is the only enterprise that legally owns and uses the trade name, trademark and brand of "Fuqiao"; The company has also established Fuqiao Vocational Training School and Fuqiao Sub-health and Health Care Research Institute. The company is the drafting unit of the national foot bath technology industry standard and the national foot bath enterprise star standard.

In February 2007, the company passed the ISO9001:2000 international quality management system certification.

In August 2007, the company was entrusted by the Ministry of Commerce to draft the "National Technical Specifications for Foot Bath Health Care Business" and "National Technical Requirements for the Classification of Foot Bath Health Care Enterprises" industry standards (standard numbers: SB/T10441-2007, SB/T10540-2009 respectively).

In July 2008, the company's inter-provincial franchise was recorded in the Ministry of Commerce with the record number: 0500701900800007.

On 8 September 2015, Fuqiao (Chongqing) Holdings Limited was officially listed on the main board of the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) (listing code TTC) with Traditional Therapy Clinics Limited (TTC), becoming the first leading Chinese company in the industry to successfully use the red-chip model to list on the Australian Stock Exchange.
