The hometown of lavender in China ---- the Fourth Division of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, located in the Ili River Valley ---- the "Saiwai Jiangnan", because it has similar climate and geographical conditions with Provence, France, the lavender producing area, and is known as a world-class lavender producing area. It has become a well-known lavender planting area in China and even the world. So far, it has a planting history of more than 40 years, with a planting area of 22,000 mu and an output of more than 95% of the country.

Xinjiang Iparkhan Spice Co., Ltd. is a state-owned joint-stock spice enterprise of Xinjiang Fourth Division, integrating planting, production, processing and sales, and was formally established in 2006. After just a few years of hard work and innovation, it has developed more than 130 kinds of lavender series products in seven categories, including beauty, health care, aromatherapy, physiotherapy, home accessories, gifts and many other fields.

Iparkhan series products in the 2005-2010 Uganda Trade Fair, repeatedly won the silver award, the special product award and the Corps new product development award; It won the gold medal of Yili Style Tour at the 2005 Xinjiang International Tourism Festival, and was recognized as a special product of Xinjiang by the Organizing Committee of the Xinjiang International Tourism Festival, and became the first choice for governments at all levels in Xinjiang to receive and give gifts to guests.

In 2006, Yili won the gold medal at the first Agricultural Products Expo, and in the same year, it won the "Best Selling Product Award" and "Best Product Design Award" at the Shanghai Agricultural Products Trade Fair, which played a very important role in the entry of Xinjiang products into the international metropolis. In 2007, it won the Most Xinjiang Characteristic Product Award and the XPCC New Product Development Award, and also won the Most Growth Award of Yili's Top 100 Enterprises.

In 2008, it was awarded the honorary title of Xinjiang Famous Trademark.

In 2010, it was awarded the honorary title of "Xinjiang Famous Brand Product".

From 2012 to 2013, it won the gold medal of tourism products at the Yining Folk Culture Festival.

In March 2014, the "Iparhan" brand was approved as "China Famous Trademark" by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce.

In August 2014, Iparkhan was successfully listed on the New Third Board, becoming the first listed company in the domestic spice industry (company stock code: 830935).

In October 2014, Iparkhan Spice Co., Ltd.'s modern production plant covering an area of 13,360 square meters and 270,000 square meters of lavender sightseeing park integrating tourism, sightseeing, photography, shopping, catering and leisure were rated as AAAA-level tourist attractions by the National Tourism Administration.
