By the end of 2016, the group's consolidated total assets reached 7.338 billion yuan and net assets reached 3.399 billion yuan. Ensuring normal, safe and high-quality water supply between Zhuhai and Macao is the basic responsibility and core business of Zhuhai Water Group. Zhuhai's water supply system is bounded by the Xijiang Modaomen, which is divided into two parts: the main urban area and the western district, and implements the integration of water supply in the whole city. By the end of 2016, Zhuhai Water Group had 7 raw water intake pumping stations with a total water intake capacity of 4.62 million cubic meters per day; There are 21 water supply reservoirs (including 3 islands), 10 reservoirs under management, with a total storage capacity of 121 million cubic meters, a pipeline length of 2,800 kilometers above DN75, and water supply covering Zhuhai urban and rural areas and islands, with 12 water plants in Gongbei, Tangjia, Xicheng, Longjing, Qianwu and Nanqu, with a total water supply capacity of 1.12 million cubic meters per day.

Zhuhai Urban Drainage Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the Group, is mainly responsible for the investment, construction and operation of infrastructure projects such as urban drainage, sewage treatment and pipe network, and is a sewage treatment enterprise in Zhuhai.
At present, the water control group drainage company has a total of 9 water purification plants in Gongbei, Qianshan, Sanzao, Xinqing, Baiteng, Fushan, Nanshui, Pingsha and Nanqu Phase II, serving Xiangzhou District, Jinwan District, Doumen District, Gaolan Port Economic Zone and Hengqin New District.According to different inlet water quality, the company adopts A/O, AAO, CASS, improved oxidation ditch, MBR and other processes, and the factory water quality is better than the design discharge standard. Due to the remarkable results of pollution reduction, the Water Affairs Group Drainage Company has obtained the domestic sewage operation capacity evaluation and industrial wastewater operation capacity evaluation issued by the National Environmental Protection Industry Association, and the engineering design qualification certificate issued by the Guangdong Housing and Urban-Rural Development Department.
Environmental Governance Business Segment
Haiyi Environmental Investment Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the Group, is mainly responsible for the harmless disposal of municipal solid waste, water ecological environment management, and the construction and investment management of green energy in Zhuhai. The main projects currently in operation are landfill leachate treatment plants with a daily processing capacity of 1,000 tons; a medical waste incineration plant with a daily processing capacity of 5 tons; North District Sludge Disposal Center (Weilicao Company), with a daily processing capacity of 250 tons.
At the beginning of 2017, the group established Guoyi Ecological Development Co., Ltd. to connect with the PPP construction task of the sponge city in our city and participate in the planning, construction, investment and operation of the sponge city. The company's drainage facilities management and maintenance center is responsible for the management and maintenance of the drainage pipe network and facilities in Doumen District and Gaolan Port District, with a total length of about 180 kilometers and 12 sewage lifting pumping stations.

Zhuhai Water Supply Machinery Engineering Co., Ltd., Zhuhai Xijiang Municipal Design Co., Ltd. and Zhuhai Water Supply Engineering Co., Ltd., which are subordinate to the group, are mainly responsible for the design and construction of water environment engineering construction projects. In 2016, the Group's engineering sector undertook the construction tasks of major projects such as the fourth water supply project to Australia and the Qianshan Water Purification Plant, as well as the supporting pipeline construction projects and reconstruction and expansion projects of water plants and sewage treatment plants.
