Sichuan Leshan Fuhua Tongda Pesticide Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Fuhua Tongda") was established in 2006 and is located in Wutongqiao District, Leshan City, Sichuan Province, and is a subsidiary of Sichuan Leshan Fuhua Agricultural Science Investment Group Co., Ltd.After more than ten years of development, the company has now become the world's largest herbicide research and development, production and sales enterprises, and steadily entered the field of fungicides and insecticides, the main products are glyphosate, glufosinate-ammonium and dicamba and other herbicide products.

The green recycling industrial park built by the company covers an area of 3,000 acres, which is a key project in the strategic construction of "one headquarters and three bases" in Leshan City, which is divided into three areas: A, B and C. Among them, Area A covers an area of 450 acres, with a total investment of 4 billion yuan, and is a 120,000 tons/year glyphosate production area, which was completed and put into operation in 2013; Area B covers an area of 850 acres, with a total investment of 7.5 billion yuan, is an upstream and downstream supporting industrial park for the production of glyphosate and other herbicide products, 5 of the 11 projects planned for construction have been completed and put into operation, and the other projects are expected to be completed in 2018; Area C is a planning area, with a planning area of about 1,700 acres and an estimated total investment of 10 billion yuan, which will be built into a modern high-end pesticide fine chemical industrial park.

Fuhua Tongda adheres to the circular economy development model, establishes a vertically integrated circular industrial chain, achieves the sustainable development goal of "low consumption, low emission and high efficiency", and achieves environmentally friendly and green and clean production. The company has invested 490 million yuan in environmental protection construction, and the scale of investment is ahead of domestic counterparts.

Science and technology are the primary productive forces. Fuhua Tongda attaches great importance to scientific research, has set up a research and development team of more than 100 people, and has built scientific research platforms with Southwest Research Institute, Chengdu Institute of Organic Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Tsinghua University, Sichuan University and other scientific research institutes. In 2016, Fuhua Tongda and SUSTech Engineering Technology Innovation Center (Beijing) jointly built the "SUSTech Engineering Technology Innovation Center Fuhua Workstation", which is committed to building a national laboratory and postdoctoral workstation.
