Xinjiang Zhongshou Agricultural and Animal Husbandry Machinery Co., Ltd. is a state-owned production enterprise with production, R&D and sales capabilities in the domestic harvesting machinery industry. In November 1995, Xinjiang Combine Harvester Factory, which was originally under the leadership of Wushi Mechanical and Electrical Bureau, was approved by the People's Government of the Autonomous Region and merged with Xinjiang Animal Husbandry Machinery Factory to form Xinlian Group. Later, according to the needs of development, Xinjiang Zhongshui Agricultural and Animal Husbandry Machinery Co., Ltd. (registered in the new urban area of Urumqi City, with a registered capital of 31.69 million yuan, registered address: No. 229, Xinlian Road, Xincheng District, Urumqi City) undertook all the personnel and assets of the original Xinlian Group. In July 2013, with the capital and approval of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Mechanization Sciences, the company was restructured into a one-person limited company wholly owned by a legal person, with a registered capital of 70 million yuan, which was fully controlled by the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Mechanization Sciences and became a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Mechanization Sciences, named Xinjiang Zhongshou Agricultural and Animal Husbandry Machinery Co., Ltd.
The company has more than 700 employees, has an autonomous region-level enterprise technology center, more than 1,200 sets of various mechanical processing equipment, 250 sets of testing equipment, and has taken the lead in passing the ISO10012 measurement confirmation, and has obtained ISO09001, 14001, 28001, quality, environment, occupational health and safety management system certificates.
