Hebei Zhongnong Boyuan Agricultural Equipment Co., Ltd. is a holding subsidiary of China Agricultural Production Materials Group Corporation, established in January 2011, by China Agricultural Materials Group Corporation and Gaocheng Boyuan Agricultural and Animal Husbandry Machinery Co., Ltd. jointly established, with a registered capital of 50 million yuan. Sinoagri Boyuan is one of the earliest enterprises in China to develop and manufacture corn combine harvesters. There are more than 600 employees, including more than 110 intermediate and senior professional and technical personnel. The main products include: corn harvester, corn grain machine, silage harvester, subsoiling machine, baler, new orchard machinery and other agricultural and animal husbandry machinery. Zhongnong Boyuan has been among the best in production and sales for many years, and has now become one of the well-known enterprises in the R&D and manufacturing of self-propelled corn harvesters in China, and is the enterprise with high sales volume and ownership in Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Liaoning, Shaanxi, Gansu, Mongolia and other major corn producing areas, and is the preferred brand of local agricultural machinery cooperatives and agricultural machinery customers. In recent years, in view of the different agronomics, varieties and harvesting methods in various regions, it has successively launched four series of more than 20 kinds of corn harvesters, such as three rows, four rows, five rows, six rows, eight rows, ear picking, peeling, stem and ear harvesting, and direct threshing, which can meet the needs of users in different regions to the greatest extent.
In 2015, the modern agricultural equipment R&D and manufacturing base built by Sinoagri Boyuan with a huge investment and covering an area of 615 acres was officially put into use. The base uses the international advanced just-in-time and lean production management mode, adopts informatization and intensive management technology, and has a modern assembly line, an international level electrophoretic coating line, a fully automated blanking production line, a stamping line, a welding line and sophisticated testing equipment and debugging equipment, with an annual output of up to 30,000 sets of various agricultural and animal husbandry machinery, which has laid a solid hardware foundation for the improvement of the product development and assembly level of Zhongnong Boyuan.
