Guangdong Xingfa Aluminum Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Xingfa Aluminum) is headquartered in Foshan City, Guangdong Province. Founded in 1984, it was listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on March 31, 2008 (code: 98). Xingfa Aluminum is one of the earliest enterprises producing aluminum profiles in Chinese mainland, and has now become a well-known large-scale enterprise specializing in the production of architectural aluminum profiles and industrial aluminum profiles in China, and is a designated production base of aluminum alloy profiles of the Ministry of Construction of China. In 2011, Guangdong Guangxin Holding Group Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Guangdong Province and the largest foreign trade state-owned enterprise in Guangdong, became a shareholder, and Xingfa Aluminum successfully transformed into a state-owned and private mixed-ownership listed enterprise in the aluminum profile industry.

At present, Xingfa Aluminum's products have more than 800 national patents for aluminum alloy profiles and more than 40,000 product specifications and models. The products are mainly divided into two categories: building doors, windows and curtain walls and industrial aluminum profiles. Industrial aluminum profiles include various electronic equipment, mechanical equipment, rail transit, aerospace, ships and high-tech aerospace aluminum materials. At the same time, it is also the largest supplier of conductive aluminum profiles for subway locomotives in China. The company's main production equipment and testing equipment are imported from Germany, the United States, Japan and Italy.
