In 2010, the compound multi-dimensional production and sales of 5,000 tons, the output value of more than 310 million yuan, can be prepared full price compound feed more than 40 million tons, accounting for about a quarter of the total feed output in the country.
The factory covers an area of 20,000 square meters, with a construction area of more than 7,100 square meters, and the main plant (including warehouse) is 4,863 square meters; Comprehensive building (office and quality control center) 1,700 square meters; boiler room 341 square meters; Pump room (including guard room) 168 square meters; The green area and roads of the factory area reach 13,000 square meters, with a total investment of more than 50 million yuan.
The factory has two modern production lines, and the process equipment is all designed, manufactured and installed by Bühler in Switzerland, using international synchronization and domestic leading batching system, mixing system and central control system. The production process of the two production lines is vertically distributed from top to bottom, and each production line has a completely closed automatic production pipeline, which is completely independent in space, and there is no intersection in the process, with an annual design capacity of 8,000 tons.

China Animal Husbandry Co., Ltd. Tianjin Hualuo Premix Feed Factory was established in March 2005 and officially put into operation in April 2006. The factory is located in the west of Niu Town, Gaocun Township, Wuqing District, Tianjin, about 10 kilometers away from the Langfang exit of Beijing-Tianjin-Tang Expressway on the west side, and close to the Beijing-Tianjin Expressway (Beijing-Tianjin-Tang Line 2) on the east side, with very convenient automobile transportation.
Tianjin factory has 127 employees, including 3 master's students, 30% of whom have college degree or above. In addition to the Tianjin headquarters, Tianjin Hualuo Factory also has two branches of Nantong Hualuo and Zhengzhou Hualuo.
The factory has the most advanced premixed feed production technology and production equipment in China. It is an enterprise specializing in the production of "Hualuo" brand high-grade compound premixed feed and high-quality concentrated feed. The products cover more than 100 varieties of pigs, broilers, laying hens, aquatic products, ruminants and other series. The sales scope of "Hualuo" products covers the whole country and has a high reputation in the premix feed industry. In 2008, Tianjin Hualuo Plant was recognized as a pollution-free feed enterprise by Tianjin Pollution-free Feed Management Office, and the premix products of Tianjin Hualuo Plant were recognized as pollution-free feed.
The Tianjin plant headquarters and two branches are designed to have a total single-shift production capacity of 36,000 tons/year. Among them, the Tianjin plant has a designed single-shift production capacity of 20,000 tons/year, the Nantong branch has a designed single-shift production capacity of 10,000 tons/year, and the Zhengzhou branch has a designed single-shift production capacity of 6,000 tons/year.
