Liaoning Hefeng Animal Husbandry Co., Ltd. was founded in April 1995, after unremitting efforts, has grown from a self-made technology-based start-up company to an influential large-scale enterprise group on the global feed industry stage. The company's business is divided into five parts: feed sector, trade sector, industrialization sector, comprehensive sector and food sector, with feed as the main business, and involved in international trade, broiler industrialization, animal medicine, breeding equipment, deep processing of agricultural products, agricultural e-commerce and other related fields. At present, Hefeng has more than 100 subordinate companies, with products covering 25 provinces and cities, and branches in North Korea, Nepal and India.

In October 2006, Royal Dutch De Heus, the largest family-owned feed enterprise with a history of 100 years, became a strategic partner of Hefeng, which significantly enhanced the technical research and development strength of Hefeng and made the overall competitiveness of Hefeng at the international leading level.

On August 8, 2014, Hefeng Animal Husbandry was successfully listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
