The history of TK Group (Holdings) Limited can be traced back to 1983 when our founder started working in the mold manufacturing industry in Hong Kong. After 30 years of development, TK has become a leading one-stop injection molding solution provider in China. According to a report by a well-known independent market research company, we ranked second in terms of revenue among injection mold manufacturers in China in 2012. TK has been successfully listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2013 (stock code: 02283).
TK's mission is to "make customers successful". Our core business strategy is to provide one-stop injection molding solutions, which include structural design, mold design, mold manufacturing, injection molding parts manufacturing and secondary processing services. We develop a unique operating model by actively intervening early in the early stages of our customers' product design and development phases. TK has built a diverse customer base from a variety of industries, including commercial communication equipment, automobiles, home appliances, gaming equipment, digital equipment, mobile phones, pachinko machines and medical devices.
TK currently has four production bases, three in Shenzhen, China, and one in Suzhou, China.
mold
TK has about 200 professional employees dedicated to mold design. Our design team uses computer software programs such as CAD, CAE and CAM to aid in design. We use CAD programs to output 2D drawings and 3D images, CAE simulations to determine the optimal manufacturing model, and CAM for computer simulations. TK has been awarded several times by the Hong Kong Mould & Die Association.
We invest in the purchase of production equipment from Japanese and European manufacturers, such as OKK and Makino.

Injection molding
TK currently has four production bases, three in Shenzhen, China, and one in Suzhou, China.
TK provides one-stop injection molding solutions for industries such as commercial communication equipment, automobiles, home appliances, gaming equipment, digital equipment, mobile phones, pachinko machines, and medical devices. We manufacture molds that produce injection molded products that meet the highest level of precision specified in the "National Standard of the People's Republic of China GB/T14486-2008 – Dimensional Tolerances for Plastic Molded Parts".
We invest in the purchase of injection molding equipment from Japanese and European manufacturers, such as JSW and Fanuc injection molding machines. We also make extensive use of manipulators to improve processing stability and molding quality. We select the appropriate molding process according to the specifications of different plastic parts.
Secondary processing
According to the needs of customers, on the basis of structural design, mold design and injection molding, TK also provides customers with secondary processing services, such as spraying, printing, hot stamping and assembly services.
