Liaoning Hainuo Construction Machinery Group Co., Ltd. is a group company composed of Liaoning Hainuo Construction Machinery Group Co., Ltd. and Haicheng Construction Machinery Factory. Founded in 1958, formerly known as Haicheng Construction Machinery Factory.

In 1985, Mr. Qi Xingwu, who was the director of the factory at that time, finally chose construction machinery as the leading product of the company's production and operation, and jointly developed and produced JZC350, JDY350 and JSY500 concrete mixers with the Construction Machinery Research Institute of the Ministry of Construction, which achieved good sales revenue, expanded market share, and determined the industry position of the enterprise. In 1996, Haicheng Construction Machinery Factory was transformed from a township collective enterprise to a private enterprise. In 1999, the company officially changed its name to Liaoning Hainuo Construction Machinery Group Co., Ltd. In 2000, the headquarters of the group settled in Hainuo Industrial Park, Anshan High-tech Development Zone.

The headquarters of Hainuo Group is located in Hainuo Industrial Park, High-tech Development Zone, Anshan City, Liaoning Province, covering an area of more than 40 million square meters and employing more than 1,200 people.
