Casting capacity
Shenlan attaches great importance to the quality of castings, and is also one of the few chemical pump manufacturers with casting capabilities in China. Deep Blue Casting provides high-quality pump castings for Deep Blue Pump Industry and domestic and foreign pump industries all year round. Deep Blue Casting takes the production of difficult, high, precise and sharp castings as the positioning of the enterprise. In 2005, Deep Blue Casting obtained the production license of nuclear-grade product castings and became a qualified supplier of nuclear-grade product castings. The company's production workshop has a full set of pump production processes such as machining, heat treatment, pump assembly, performance testing, painting, packaging, etc. At present, the production capacity has reached 7,000 sets/year. The production workshop is divided into a machining workshop, a heat treatment workshop and an assembly workshop. The machining workshop is divided into conventional parts processing workshop and large parts processing workshop, with more than 300 sets of various processing equipment and more than 200 employees. The heat treatment workshop has 5 sets of various heat treatment furnaces, hydraulic straightening machines and complete sets of heat treatment tooling. The assembly workshop is divided into two sections, OH and BB (VS), with complete assembly and testing equipment and more than 200 employees. Machining, heat treatment and assembly capabilities are in a leading position in China.
Ability to test
The company has two standard test benches, one large test bench, one nuclear-grade test bench and two low-temperature test benches, a total of six test benches. All test benches meet the accuracy requirements of GB/T3216 level 1. Among them, the nuclear-grade test bench has passed the nuclear-grade certification, and can carry out thermal shock test, impurity test, depressurization start and other functional tests.
