Beijing Times Technology Co., Ltd. was established in early 2001. It is a new joint-stock company initiated by Times Group and jointly established by Tsinghua Unigroup, Lenovo Group, Daheng Group, Sitong Group and other companies, mainly engaged in the development, production and sales of inverter welding machines, large-scale welding equipment, special welding machines and CNC cutting machines. On March 31, 2006, Beijing Times Technology Co., Ltd. was listed on the stock transfer system of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, becoming the first listed company in China's welding machinery manufacturing industry. On October 26, 2006, "Beijing Times" opened a precedent for financing in the "three board market", and the directional fundraising was successful, which provided better opportunities and conditions for the rapid development of the company.

In 2009, the company spent hundreds of millions of yuan to acquire hundreds of acres of land in Jinan High-tech Development Zone to build the world's most advanced manufacturing base with an annual output of 300,000 welding machines. The plant will start production in 2012.
