Minoan Measuring Instruments GmbH was founded in 1945 and is headquartered in Stuttgart, Germany. Genland International GmbH was founded in 1903 and is headquartered in Saarbrücken, Germany. In 2005, the German Minoan Group acquired the German century-old enterprise Zhenlan, realizing the grouping of the two companies. The German Mino-Zhenlan Group has more than 100 years of experience in R&D and manufacturing of energy metering instruments, and has been building energy billing and meter reading services for more than 60 years.
