The texture of the paste rice wine is thick, the aroma of wine, osmanthus and glutinous rice are one, the taste is sweet and mellow, and there are small glutinous rice balls at the bottom of the bowl, which has both appearance and flavor. Authentic rice wine is made with glutinous rice syrup to achieve "paste", and if it is made from lotus root flour, the taste is too viscous and not refreshing enough. Rice wine can be eaten as a sweet on its own, or with hot dry noodles, fried dough sticks, noodles, etc., to relieve greasy and appetizing.
