Founded in 2008, Hanyangguan Catering Company is the largest local Korean food brand in Xi'an, with a number of brands such as Hanyangguan, 10000 Sake & Eight Colors, Micho Staple Food Shop, Hanyang Ginseng Chicken Soup, and Wangpai Secret Road Barbecue Rice Packet. Among them, Hanyang Pavilion is the most prominent in terms of taste, so this list is highly recommended.

There are three branches in Hanyangkan, each with its own characteristics. Tongyifang store is the main store, with a rich variety of dishes such as Korean stir-fry, staple food, and cold salad, while there are fewer meats, all of which are grilled by the barbecuer in the back kitchen; The Yongyang Park store mainly promotes barbecue, with a variety of meats, you can choose to roast in the kitchen or self-service barbecue; The high-tech store focuses on Korean food, and the Korean set menu is actually a mixture of Western food and Korean food, with high prices and mediocre taste.

Overall, the barbecue at Hanyang Pavilion is priced high, and the water standard is medium in the industry, so there is not much to be surprised about. The pork belly is oily and charred, the beef tongue is crispy and elastic, the steak is soft but not flavorful, the beef short ribs are tough, and the conventional condiments such as garlic slices and green peppers are not included. On the other hand, snacks and staple foods are performing well, especially in the case of heavy barbecue and light non-staple food in the Xi'an Korean food industry, which is even more rare. Among the snacks is the bonito flower cake, which is a thin slice of bonito that is baked and dried, and the cake base is made of eggs, vegetables and flour. When the cake is ripe, it is sprinkled with bonito flowers and shredded seaweed, and the thin fillets shake as the heat rises, making you appetizing. The wooden fish cake is crispy on the outside, soft and smooth on the bottom, and the multiple ingredients make the taste and texture rich and layered.

In terms of staple food, ginseng chicken soup is the signature of the house. Following the traditional method, the chicken is washed, glutinous rice and wolfberries are placed in the belly, and boiled in a large pot with red dates and ginseng for several hours. The ginseng chicken soup is not greasy, the soup is milky white, sweet and fragrant, and has a faint sweet aroma of ginseng. The chicken has been stewed and soft, and you can remove the bones with a flick of chopsticks, or you can ask the waiter to cut the chicken to make it easier to pick. The chicken is delicious, and it is served with the spicy green onion sauce that comes with Hanyang Pavilion. The disadvantage is that the wolfberries used are acidic, which slightly affects the overall taste. In addition, since there is only half a chicken in a single serving of ginseng chicken soup, glutinous rice and other "fillings" have fallen into the soup, the chicken soup is slightly thicker, and diners cannot enjoy the fun of disemboweling, which is slightly insufficient.

Before national chain brands such as Xilai Rare Meat and Jiutianjia entered Xi'an, Hanyang Pavilion became the first choice for diners to eat Korean food as an old restaurant. Then, under the impact of multiple brands, the disadvantage of high price and quality was exposed, and the high price did not match the medium-level dishes. In addition, the name of Hanyang Pavilion is similar to, but not related, the name of Hanyang Restaurant, the top name of the recommended Korean food in Shenzhen, but it is not related.
