Named after the 13th Peach Blossom Lane, Peach 13 has opened two branches in Hangzhou, and the other is located in Qiaoxizhi Street, Gongshu District.
The biggest charm of Peach 13 comes from the owner, Chen Xiaoqiang, who founded Peach 13 after Ai Shang left, and his craze for craft beer has continued for seven or eight years. Chen Xiaoqiang even made the ring into a bottle opener, in order to open each bottle of beer more conveniently. He has a unique insight into domestic craft beer, and he can always talk to customers who are interested. In his spare time, he also mixes his own beer, even with the joy of play, which makes Peach 13 known as one of the few bars in Hangzhou that can drink blended beer.
Peach 13 and Aishang are similar in that they are known for their rich variety of bottled beers, with nearly 200 craft bottled beers stored in the store, while only four draft beers are stored. Among them, Guinness is a popular beer. Its foam is dense and magnificent. The wine has a dark and ruby red color and is very ornamental. This classic Irish draught is light-bodied, with a rich and enticing roasted barley flavour and a smooth finish. It is worth mentioning that Guinness is a sponsor of the famous Guinness Book of World Records, so the two names are the same.
You can also drink a local Hangzhou craft beer, Osmanthus Wheat Ale, which is brewed with water from Qiandao Lake, and has a golden body with a slightly cloudy color and medium foam. It is crisp in the mouth, with a moderate amount of alcohol and wheat. The overly silky closure lacks some length.
In addition to the above two beers, there are also some "rare beers", including the Viper, which has the highest alcohol content in the world (67.5%), the highest level of the monastery, Westvleteren 12, and the 8th anniversary model of the brewing dog, DOG D, which are revered by craft beer lovers. There is also a North Korean Taedong River beer, which is said to have been brewed by Kim Jong Il, and this is also known as the "pride of Pyongyang", which is a novelty.
