Montessori teachers are all globally recognized Montessori teaching certificates, with good educational backgrounds and English proficiency, and come from Brazil, France, India, the United States and other countries. Each class is led by a Montessori teacher and taught in English, with Chinese teachers, teaching assistants, physical education and art teachers working together.

In the classroom, the teacher introduces Montessori teaching aids, appropriate guidance, so that children can choose teaching aids freely, and in the repeated use of teaching aids with "self-correction" and "self-teaching" functions, they can explore independently and discover the meaning of teaching aids, so as to cultivate concentration, independence, coordination, and so on.
