The steaks are selected from the Australian MSA rating system certified Angus purebred black cattle, and the meat has a sweet butter flavor. Grill & Lounge位于Shanghai紫金山大酒店2楼,简洁的红棕色桌椅和白色餐布营造出一种优雅的用餐氛围,老式台灯所投射出的灯光正好为来此用餐的人们增添一份雅致情调。餐厅餐桌面积较小,适合二人用餐,四人以上需要拼桌。邻桌间间距较小,人多时私密性不高。餐厅景观阁楼用了各种酒瓶做装饰,墙上挂的是创始人在意大利游学期间收集的著名葡萄酒酒标,并做成了品鉴海报,就像一条意大利风格的艺术走廊。餐厅还设有一个藏酒室,葡萄酒均产自意大利著名产区,如托斯卡纳、皮埃蒙特、威尼托等,想品尝意大利葡萄酒的食客不妨一试。服务人员大多为年轻男士,热情贴心,饭点人多时稍显忙碌,但有叫必应。值得注意的是,紫金山酒店客人挂房帐消费需另加收15%服务费。车辆可停在紫金山酒店车库,15元/小时,消费满500可享2小时免费停车。
