Beer Hardcore has been open in Guangzhou for more than two years and now has two branches, both of which are very popular. Beer Hardcore also has several home-brewed draft beers, among which Qilou IPA and Blind Boxing Stout are more popular. The arcade IPA has added four hops, mainly Mosaic mosaics, which set the tone for its bitter fragrance and excellence. This IPA is relatively modest in terms of taste, with a strong passion fruit flavor, a weak sandy taste, and a long-lasting bitterness. Blind Fist Stout is relatively easy to drink, and can be regarded as an entry-level wine, because of the addition of oats, malt and other ingredients, the wine has a rather silky taste, and the entrance is a mixture of coffee, chocolate and caramel, the bitterness is not too prominent, and the smoky flavor is very obvious. Of course, if you think these two flavors are light, you might as well try Shaolin Temple. According to the shopkeeper, this wine is a beautiful mistake. They wanted to create a Belgian-style brown ale, but the final product was American-style, with prominent hops and high bitterness, but fortunately it tasted good, so it would be wrong. Beer Hardcore's two branches in Guangzhou are slightly different, with a newer Tiyu East store with more spacious seating, serving coffee, bibimbap and other meals, and the snacks are generous and delicious. The main store in Huacheng sells beer, only a few snacks with wine, and the store is small and there are more open-air seats.
