The Affiliated Stomatology Hospital of Xiamen Medical College is the first public dental hospital in Fujian Province and is affiliated to Xiamen Medical College. After more than 30 years of development, the hospital has grown into a large-scale dental hospital integrating medical treatment, teaching, scientific research, prevention and health care. The hospital undertakes the theoretical, experimental, probationary and practical teaching of stomatology, stomatology technology and other specialties of Xiamen Medical College, and is the national standardized training base for residents, the teaching hospital of Xiamen University and the teaching practice base of Fujian Medical University.

The hospital was formerly known as the Dental Clinic of Xiamen Health School, which was formally established in 1987. In 2002, it was renamed "Xiamen Stomatological Hospital", and in 2018, it was renamed again as "Xiamen Medical College Affiliated Stomatological Hospital". At present, the hospital has three campuses, namely Caitang Campus, Douxi Campus and Jimei Campus, with a total area of nearly 25,000 square meters.
