Liaoning Supor Sanitary Ware Co., Ltd. relies on more than 20 years of stainless steel cookware manufacturing experience of Supor Group, since May 2008 to establish a stainless steel sanitary ware research and development base in Zhejiang, Liaoning Supor Sanitary Ware Co., Ltd. is a key investment and cultivation of Supor Group's sanitary ware industry base, with a planned investment of 3 billion yuan. By the end of 2013, more than 2 billion yuan has been invested to build 11 automated production lines, with a monthly production capacity of 700,000. The machining accuracy of stainless steel has been greatly improved to 0.02mm. Using the world's advanced laser spot welding and solid-fusion welding technology, it has achieved high technical standards of precision and efficiency, no welding pile, no porosity, stable performance, and naturalness. The company plans to build an automated polishing line composed of more than 1,100 robots to completely realize the transformation of the bathroom industry from traditional labor-intensive to technology-intensive.
