Today, the GROHE Product Design Center, located in Hemer, Germany, and built in 1997, is still a pioneer and leader in the bathroom industry, water heater and air conditioning products. In addition to providing leading-edge design for all quality GROHE products, the centre also offers a showroom for product design, architecture and visual arts.

Headquartered in Hemer, Germany, the company currently employs 5,200 people worldwide, including 3,200 in Germany. GROHE has a total of six manufacturing plants, three of which are located outside of Germany, namely Portugal, Thailand and Canada. 80% of the company's sales revenue comes from outside Germany.
