Jilin Brewing Group Co., Ltd. is located on the bank of the beautiful Songhua River in Jilin City, which is the pioneer of the brewing industry in Northeast China and the largest condiment production enterprise in Jilin Province. The history of the company can be traced back to the establishment of "Tongtaiquan Old Vinegar Shop" in the fifteenth year of Guangxu in the Qing Dynasty, in 1956, "Tongtaiquan Old Vinegar Shop" was jointly operated as Jilin Sauce Garden General Factory, renamed Jilin Pickle Factory in 1965, renamed Jilin Brewing Factory in 1984, reorganized into Jilin Brewing Co., Ltd. in 2003, and renamed Jilin Brewing Group Co., Ltd. in June 2006.

After a hundred years of historical changes, the company continues to grow and develop, and has an outstanding reputation. Adhering to the ancient family motto of "materials must be fine, work must be careful, Fang Bi Te and Pin Bi Zhan", its traditional brewing technology and unique flavor have been favored by several generations of Jiangcheng people.

The company now has a registered capital of 10 million yuan, total assets of 40 million yuan, 300 employees, including 60 technicians, 35 middle and senior titles, three production bases, eight large-scale production workshops. In 2005, the company passed the ISO9001 International Quality Management System Certification, and the "Jiangcheng" brand soy sauce and rice vinegar were the first to obtain QS food safety certification in Jilin City, and passed the "China Time-honored Brand" certification. Now the main products include "Jiangcheng" brand rice vinegar, dry sauce, soy sauce, green and red square, cooking wine, pickles and other six series of more than 100 single products, with an annual output of 20,000 tons. The products cover the entire Jilin Province and are exported to Hebei, Henan, Shandong, Fujian and other places.

The company adheres to the business philosophy of "market-oriented, quality as life, integrity as the purpose, and efficiency by management", and constantly explores new market space based on the road of technological innovation of "combining traditional craftsmanship with modern scientific and technological means".
