Since its investment in Shanghai in 2001, AT&S has achieved rapid growth, and the group headquarters has increased its capital and expanded its Shanghai factory five times. While achieving economic benefits, AT&S continues to introduce new technologies, new processes and new products, and regards sustainable development as an unshirkable social responsibility. So far, AT&S (China) has invested 300 million RMB in environmental protection, has a team of more than 150 environmental protection professionals, all of which use high-standard energy-saving and emission reduction equipment, and implement extremely strict internal management systems.

The company was invited by the China Printed Circuit Industry Association (CPCA) to participate in the formulation of the "Printed Circuit Industry Cleaner Production Standard" promulgated by the State Environmental Protection Administration, and all indicators of AT&S have reached the highest "first-class standard" (only 5% of domestic enterprises have reached this standard). It is known as the "benchmark enterprise" in the industry. AT&S China is also one of the first batch of high-tech enterprises under the new standard and has won a number of government honors.
