In the first half of the year, CIFI acquired a total of 12 land projects with an attributable interest land price of RMB4.6 billion and an average land purchase cost of RMB4,300 per square meter. As of June 30, 2016, CIFI's land bank had a total gross floor area of approximately 13.5 million square meters. In 2016, CIFI successfully issued RMB6 billion of private placement bonds and signed a three-year unsecured USD/HKD dual-currency syndicated loan agreement of US$600 million with interest rates as low as (LIBOR/HIBOR) of 4%.
