Nantong Jixiang Industrial Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Nantong Jixiang") was established on January 10, 2006, located at No. 19, Haiphong Road, Hai'an Development Zone, Jiangsu Province, China, legal representative: Liu Shiren, with a total investment of 13.8 million US dollars, a registered capital of 7.2 million US dollars, and a paid-in capital of 7.2 million US dollars. It mainly develops, produces, sells and installs new wall and decoration building materials (aluminum-plastic panels, fireproof composite panels, plastic sheets, plastic steel composite panels), and provides related after-sales service and technical services.

Nantong Jixiang is a newly established enterprise in Jiangsu, but it is actually an old enterprise, its predecessor is the only production of aluminum-plastic panels invested by Taiwan Jixiang Industry Co., Ltd. in Chinese mainland in 1997 - Shanghai Jiyi Industrial Co., Ltd.
