In November 2016, Quanfeng Express announced that it had received strategic investment from Qinglv United Logistics Group and became a private express delivery enterprise with the background of a central enterprise. The two parties signed the "Capital Increase Agreement" on October 31 and confirmed the transaction, and Qinglv Logistics plans to inject 1.25 billion yuan, and will successively supplement the working capital of 2 billion yuan.
In April 2017, Quanfeng Express was integrated into CYTS Logistics as a whole and became a business unit of CYTS. At the same time, brands such as Yafeng Express and O2O Flash Delivery under Quanfeng have also been merged into Qinglv Logistics.
