Jingdong Express is Jingdong Mall's self-operated express, which obtained the express license in 2012, and its approved entity is "Jiangsu Jingdong Information Technology Co., Ltd.", a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jingdong Mall, with the license number of Guoyou 20100206A. According to the new delivery service fee standard released by JD.com, when JD delivers, the order amount of registered members, bronze members, silver members, and gold members (by subtracting the amount of direct drop and cashback promotion) must not be less than 79 yuan to free shipping, and corporate members and diamond members cannot be less than 59 yuan, otherwise 5 yuan will be charged for freight. The standard also clearly shows that when some goods are delivered to remote areas such as Tibet and Xinjiang (subject to the area announced by Jingdong), an additional shipping fee of 10 yuan per piece will be charged.

211 time limit: spot orders submitted before 11:00 a.m. on the same day (before 10 a.m. in some cities) will be calculated from the time when the order is shipped out of the warehouse to complete the picking, and will be delivered on the same day; Spot orders submitted before 11:00 p.m. (calculated from the time when the order is picked after delivery) will be delivered before 15:00 the next day.
Next-day delivery: Spot orders submitted before a certain point in time (calculated from the time when the order is picked after the order is shipped) will be delivered the next day.
Speed: A personalized paid value-added service provided by JD.com for consumers. After the consumer successfully submits the order through the "online payment" method or the "cash on delivery" method, and checks the "speed" service, JD will deliver the goods to the address left by the consumer within 3 hours during the service time. At present, the "Speed" business provides services in six cities: Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Wuhan and Shenyang.
Night-time distribution: JD.com provides consumers with a faster and more convenient value-added service. When consumers place an order, select the "19:00-22:00" time period in the calendar, which is within the scope of the "night delivery" service, and JD.com will arrange the delivery staff to deliver the goods to the door at 19:00-22:00 on the evening of the day selected by the consumer. At present, the "night distribution" business provides services in six cities: Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Wuhan and Shenyang.
In November 2016, Jingdong Group launched a new brand identity of "Jingdong Logistics", and announced that Jingdong Logistics will be fully open to the society in the form of brand operation, which can provide customized logistics services for third-party merchants in the society. At the same time, residents of 42 cities such as Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou will be able to call JD Express to pick up goods for free.
