Northeast Securities Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") was formerly known as Jilin Securities Company. In June 2000, with the approval of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, Northeast Securities Co., Ltd. was established after capital increase and share expansion. In August 2007, Liulu Industrial Co., Ltd., Jinzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone, repurchased shares and merged Northeast Securities Co., Ltd. with new shares for shares, and changed its name to "Northeast Securities Co., Ltd." On August 27, 2007, the company was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, with the stock abbreviation as "Northeast Securities" and the stock code as 000686. The company is registered in Changchun City, Jilin Province.
