Lingwu long jujube has excellent commercial characteristics. The fruit ripens from late September to early October. The fruit is large, oblong or cylindrical, with an average single fruit weight of 14.5~24g (the highest in Ningxia) and a maximum of 40g (the largest in Ningxia). The longitudinal diameter is 4.34~4.80cm, and the horizontal diameter is 2.57~3.36cm. Lingwu City, Ningxia is located in the central part of Ningxia, with an altitude of 1250 meters, belonging to a typical continental monsoon climate, which is characterized by: late spring and early autumn, four distinct seasons, sufficient sunshine, abundant heat, strong evaporation, dry climate, more sunny days, less rain and thunder, 3080.2 hours of sunshine throughout the year, an average frost-free period of 157 days, a plant growth period of 170 days, an average annual ≥ of 10 °C, an average annual temperature of 8.8 °C, and an average annual precipitation of 206.2-255.2mm.
