Founded in 1969 in the south of the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau, Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture Traditional Chinese Medicine Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., formerly known as Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture Traditional Chinese Medicine Pharmaceutical Factory, was originally a state-owned backbone enterprise in Weishan County and a second-level advanced enterprise in Yunnan Province. In 2002, it was restructured into a limited liability company controlled and operated by the chairman of the board.
In December 2003, it passed the first round of GMP certification and acceptance, and the company covers an area of more than 15,000 square meters, reaching 1,950 square meters of GMP purification production workshop and more than 8,000 square meters of warehouse construction area. The credit rating of the enterprise has been recognized by the bank as AA. Now it is rated as the "National Designated Production Enterprise of National Supplies" determined by the state. The company has nearly 200 employees, including 31 retired employees, and 36 technicians, including 3 senior pharmaceutical engineers and 15 engineers.
