Mark Spitalnik is the Founder, President and CEO of Yongbaihui, and serves as the Director and Chairman of the International Association of Aged Care Industry China (IAHSA-China) and a Director of the International Association of Aged Care Industry (IAHSA).

Mr. Mark began his career in the elderly care industry in China in February 2007 and established Yongbaihui in April 2009 with the aim of introducing world-class elderly care institutions to China. The goal of Yongbaihui is to improve the level of care for the elderly in China, and to provide a better quality of life for the elderly in China in a responsible manner under the current trend of increasing demand for nursing care services.

He also completed the accreditation of the Senior Services Professional Certification Program, which was initiated by the Seniors Leaders Alliance.
