In October of Heisei 4 (1992), on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the company's founding, the company was renamed "Kaoru Judo Co., Ltd.", and in order to promote more rapid and sensitive sales activities, a sales headquarters was also opened in Kobe, with the aim of promoting trendy products that meet the needs of the market. In March of Heisei 10 (1998), Dainichi Kasei Co., Ltd. was merged to establish a strong product development and production model of "Kaoru Shoudo", and to integrate an active sales activity system to meet customer needs. From today, "Xun Shou Tang" will create more diverse "traditional incense sticks", "indoor fragrances full of new feelings" and "diverse and high-style fragrances" with a broader vision, with the mission of promoting the fragrance world in the new era!

The Japanese secretary recorded that in the summer of the third year of the ancient period, there was a piece of agarwood with the current, drifting to Awaji Island in Japan, at that time the residents of the island did not know that this was a strange wood, thinking that it was just ordinary wood, so they directly used it as firewood to burn, at this time, unexpectedly, the firewood smoke actually emitted a burst of peculiar aroma, diffused in the air, and always far away for a long time, the islanders were shocked at this time, so they dedicated it to the emperor. There is also a description of this passage in [Prince Shotoku]. As a result, agarwood became the original "spice" dedicated to the emperor.

而据传当时,沈香木漂着到的地方,即是淡路岛Kaoru Shoudo本社一宫町附近的海岸!所以一宫町里著名的 <枯木神社>,至今仍以香木为神体,恭敬地祀奉着!

Today, Ichinomiya is widely known as Japan's No. 1 incense stick. In fact, as early as the Meiji period, when the Awaji Island boat industry flourished, the foundation of incense stick making was laid as a local industry, and the technology of making incense sticks was introduced from Sakai (lower reaches of the Yamato River, and Osaka City). At that time, Mr. Heiichiro Fukunaga, the founder of Kaoru Shoudo, in addition to running the boat business and starting to make incense sticks, founded the "Fukunaga Incense Sticks Shop" in Meiji 26 (1893 AD), and ran his own boat to transport incense sticks from Awaji Island to Osaka and engaged in trade.

Slowly, the Fukunaga incense stick shop continued to develop until Meiji 42 (1909 AD), when the second generation abandoned the boat business and focused on the raw sale of incense, and renamed it "Fukunaga Kaojudo".
