Vinda International Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 3331) announced on 1 April 2016 that it has completed the acquisition of SCA Hygiene Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. and expects to complete the acquisition of SCA Hygiene Korea Co. Ltd. and SCA Taiwan Co., Ltd. within the same day. Upon completion of the acquisition, SCA Malaysia, SCA Korea and SCA Taiwan became subsidiaries of Vinda International.
