The company, formerly known as Zhuji Grain and Oil Machinery Factory, was founded in 1995, established Zhuji Qili Grain Machinery Co., Ltd. in 2001, and cooperated with Hong Kong Herui Co., Ltd. in 2002 to establish the current company.
