Jiangsu Zhongjiang Seed Industry Co., Ltd. is a joint stock limited company approved by the Jiangsu Provincial People's Government in 2002 and established by the former Jiangsu Seed Company as the main sponsor. Mainly engaged in rice, corn, wheat, rape, melon and other crop seeds. There are more than 500 acres of breeding bases in Liuhe Development Zone of Nanjing City, Xinhuang Town of Liuhe District, Hubin New Area of Suqian City and Sanya City of Hainan Province. Every year, more than 10 new varieties are tested in regions above the provincial level. 34 new varieties of rice, corn, melon and vegetables have been independently selected and approved at the national and provincial levels.
