Xinjiang Kangdi Seed Industry Technology Co., Ltd., the predecessor of the Corps Seed Company, was restructured into Xinjiang Kangdi Agricultural Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. in December 1999, in December 2008, the company introduced investors to increase capital and shares, and in March 2009, it was changed to a joint-stock company, with a registered capital of 100 million yuan, and total assets of 396 million yuan as of the end of 2015.
